The very nature of what Ceramco manufactures: “OEM ceramic parts of complex geometries,” demands our monitoring and measuring systems often go beyond what might otherwise be considered standard practice and even beyond what ISO 9001:2015 Certification requires. Ceramco also conducts extensive random dimensional verification of samples from each OEM ceramic parts order.  In addition, each raw materials batch is monitored and documented. This documentation provides a means to certify the composition of any OEM ceramic parts lot Ceramco manufactures.

It is not uncommon for a OEM ceramic part manufactured by Ceramco to require further specialized testing. Typically, these tests are to confirm the OEM ceramic part remains leak free of either air or liquid and sometimes both. These tests require the building of OEM jigs, or test set ups, which are easily fabricated in our machine shop. Both are part of Ceramco’s quality assurance process and our commitment to you, the customer.
